Sign up for MailTail
Create your account at mailtail.app/signup. You'll need to provide your email and create a password.
Connect your Klaviyo account
Go to Dashboard → Settings and paste your Klaviyo Private API Key. You can find this in Klaviyo under Account → Settings → API Keys.
Set up your Web Feed
Go to Dashboard → Web Feed, copy your unique feed URL, then create a web feed in Klaviyo named exactly 'MailTail' with that URL.
Add one line to your template
Drop a single line of code into any Klaviyo email template. That's it — MailTail handles the rest automatically.
Frequently Asked Questions
MailTail doesn't spoof headers, manipulate authentication, or violate Gmail policies. We don't touch SPF, DKIM, DMARC, or sender identity. What we do is add a lightweight web feed component that introduces real-world signals Gmail already expects from legitimate human correspondence. Think of it as alignment, not manipulation.
